Care is taken throughout our manufacturing to produce the highest quality products destined to last lifetimes. The paint process alone requires four days to apply. First a zinc chromate coating is applied to protect against rust, then an enamel base color coat, followed by faux paint to give a rich subtle glow, and finally a clear coat of protective resin.
